Please look at the following list for the refund policy that applies to for your purchase:

Printing: Refunds are available through computer lab monitors who will verify the refund and submit a refund request form. The refund will be credited to your PolyCard

Returned Merchandise: Refunds at Mustang Shop are credited to your PolyCard.

Campus Dining: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase at a restaurant on campus, simply inform a staff member and they will replace the item.
